Due to a few requests for doing couples yoga more often, I have decided that we will try and do it about twice a month.
All I can say about this class from my last experience that it was super fun. You will be surprised to see what your spouses can n cannot do (it goes both ways).
'Couples Yoga'
Friday 3rd February
Time- 6.45pm.
Price- 30€ per couple.
This is of course first come first basis since we can have only 5 couples .
So please message, call or email me to let me know if u would like to come .
(My husband will be accompanying me).

In 'Child Pose'.
Strengthening the stomach.
Stretching the sides and toning the waist.
Back to back in 'Lord Vishnu's resting pose'.
Facing each other in a leg stretch.
In 'Trikonasana'.
Doing the Surya Namaskar.
Working together.
Plank pose.
Moving up and down in Plank Pose.
Strengthening thighs and stomach working together.
Taking a much needed break.
A difficult stretch for the legs.
Standing Push up balancing each other's strength.
Rolling with laughter as the stretch becomes challenging.
