Hello Ladies,
A warm welcome into 2018 from the AILC committee. Let’s begin this year with bringing ourselves in the best possible physical, mental and spiritual state, with the 'BODY, MIND and STUDIO' event.
The event brings for you a choice from 2 exclusive and first ever done sessions by Yoga and Meditation experts. Where in each category offers a complete experience.
Read carefully through what each session has to offer and make a choice that resonates with your personality.
Each session has 1 hour of yoga and 1 hour of meditation. You can choose to be a part of full Session A or do full session B.
